WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • All softball camp sessions at Cal Poly take place on Bob Janssen Field. Driving and parking directions below.

  • Campers should bring own equipment: bats, gloves, helmets, catching gear, and athletic shoes for turf and batting cage.

  • Water is available at each session, please bring water bottle to refill.

  • Lunch is not provided, please bring snacks and lunch! There are also recommendations for local restaurants are below.

  • Non-participants are welcome to view sessions from stadium stands; non-participants are not permitted in bullpens or on the softball field.

  • You will receive a confirmation of registration within 24 hours of purchase.  If you have not received a confirmation be sure to check your junk mail and add info@sbsportscamps.com to your contacts. A detailed confirmation email will be sent 48 hours prior to camp. It will include directions to campus, schedule and reminders on what to bring.

HOW TO GET TO BOB JANSSEN FIELD AT CAL POLY

 

To find Bob Janssen Field, use address: Bob Janssen Field, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405.

DIRECTIONS FROM US HIGHWAY 101 NORTH & SOUTH

  • Take Exit 203C toward California Blvd from US 101.

  • Turn right onto California Blvd.

  • Turn right onto Highland Dr.

  • Turn left onto Sports Complex Rd and park in the lot at base of the hill. Handicap parking is available at the top of the hill.

On weekdays and event weekend days, parking permits are required to park on the Cal Poly campus. Use Lots H-14, H-15, H-16, or H-12. Please be sure to purchase a parking permits each day on Park Mobile app. Click here to download the Park Mobile app in advance.

REFUND & CHANGE POLICY

Please understand that ANY PAYMENT TOWARDS CAMP IS NON-REFUNDABLE; no refunds will be granted for rescheduled camps due to weather or other uncontrollable events.

All cancellations are subject to $50 processing fee. The balance may be forwarded to a future Mustang Softball Camps event as long as you notify camp director at info@sbsportscamps.com TWO WEEKS before the camp or clinic date. Please note that this does not reserve or hold your spot and that you must still meet registration deadlines. If the camp director is not notified two weeks prior to camp or clinic, no credit will be issued.

If a participant cannot attend due to a medical reason, the balance may be forwarded to a future Mustang Softball Camp event as long as a notice of cancellation is received prior to the start of camp AND accompanied by a doctor's note. Please send cancellation notices to info@sbsportscamps.com. No refunds or credits will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.
